Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Sufficient experience as an Architectural Technician
• Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Excellent technical and detailing skills
• A creative and well-organised portfolio showcasing technical expertise
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
