This dynamic practice has several upcoming projects so are keen for a driven Architectural technologist to join their successful team.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have strong Revit and AutoCAD Skills, previous knowledge working on heritage, residential large scale complex projects with extensive post qualification experience.

Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree or HND in Architectural Technology or relevant qualification
Substantial post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
Proficiency with Revit is desired
Good knowledge of using AutoCAD
Ideally working towards MCIAT if not already chartered
Experience working on residential projects small to large scale
Proven record of designing for conservation and listed building projects
Passionate about breathing life into old and new buildings
Strong technical abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations
Attentiveness to detail
Work well within a team
Keen to grow with the company
Proactive and positive attitude
Live locally to the Cotswolds / Gloucestershire area
