Salary: 32,000- 42,000 dependent on experience

I am actively looking for a passionate Senior Architectural Technologist to join a RIBA Chartered practice in the picturesque Gloucester. This dynamic practice have 4 decades of experience delivering beautifully crafted, technically excellent, innovative projects across a diverse mix of sectors including commercial, healthcare, leisure and hospitality. The practice have cultivated a collaborative environment with sector specific leaders ensuring excellent training and support is provided. They have earnt themselves an excellent reputation highlighted in their long term relationships with clients and are dedicated to ensuring their designs have a sustainability focus.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience on a mix of projects in a supportive and collaborative environment whilst developing their technical detailing and drawing abilities. The practice also offer strong progression opportunities, a generous pension contribution scheme and 20 days of annual leave with bank holidays and Christmas shut down as additional.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have strong technical abilities highlighted through their portfolio, have extensive post qualification experience working in ArchiCAD on a range of projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• CIAT member
• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
• extensive experience post qualification in a UK practice
• Strong technical abilities
• Ideally have experience using ArchiCAD
• Strong portfolio across a range of Sectors
• Effective problem-solving skills and job running experience
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proactive and positive approach to self-development
• Confident producing high quality technical drawings
• Through knowledge of current building regulations
• Driven to keep up to date with latest software and designs
• Live locally to the Gloucester and surrounding area
