Due to ambitious growth plans this company are looking to streamline their design and technical departments with a focus on brining it more inhouse, therefore they're looking for a Technical coordinator to strengthen the department.In this role you will work on all technical aspects of the housebuilding projects. Working on multiple live sites liaising with Architects, Engineering Consultants and sub contracts. You will check working drawings, incorporate product information (kitchens, bathrooms etc), oversee NHBC and building regulation applications and handle any onsite issues. The company are committed to developing their own workforce; therefore, offering additional training and support as well as opportunities to progress within the business.The ideal candidate will have Architectural and Technical experience, working in the residential sector looking to join a medium size housebuilder who have a clear 5 year plan focused on elevating home quality and advancing sustainability.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good technical knowledge to take the next step in their career in a brand new position within a housebuilder who are committed to staying ahead of the curve and progress your career.The Role

- Good up to date knowledge of building regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Full UK Driving License
