They are now looking for a Financial Services Sales Manager to join their team to lead a talented group of brokers across Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Worcester. What is on offer?

Basic Salary up to £50,000 (DOE)
£4,800 Car Allowance
£75,000 OTE including commission & annual bonus
Progression to Director level available
Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities for this role

You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of brokers across multiple branches
Setting and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service
Providing coaching and support to help develop brokers reach their full potential
Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region
Monitor market trends and competition to ensure your services remain competitive
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for success

Skills and Experience required for this Financial Services Sales Manager role

Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership experience will be considered
Must hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
An in-depth understand of mortgage products and services
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Full UK drivers licence required
