Due to continued growth, our award-winning Estate Agency client is seeking an Experienced Sales Manager to join their successful Financial Services team. You will work on a full time permanent basis and will be based within their main hub based in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the advisor teams ensuring targets are met. You will also manage team productivity, maintain key relationships, and provide support to advisors.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the progression team ensuring KPIs are met whilst driving continuous improvements across the board.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

-Oversee activity and productivity levels for advisors, ensuring all targets are met

-Manage and maintain relationships with key internal teams

-Lead and facilitate monthly team meetings, including business reviews and 121’s

-Supervise the mortgage progression team to drive performance

Training and Development:

-Identify training needs and deliver training as required, providing ongoing feedback & coaching to advisors to improve sales and performance

Support and Operations:

-Provide both technical and sales support to advisors on cases, ensuring smooth case progression

-Identify and pursue business opportunities for the team to maximise growth

Reporting and Communication:

-Regularly report on team progress and performance to senior partners.

Continuous Improvement:

-Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve KPI’s and

overall team performance.

Candidate Attributes:

-Proven experience in financial services management or leadership

-In-depth knowledge of financial services, sales processes, and industry regulations

-Good people management skills

-Strong communication, presentation, and coaching abilities

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

Salary: £50k per annum + profit share bonus, £4.8k car allowance, free parking and a generous holiday allowance of 30 days holiday + bank holidays!
