Our client is looking for a dynamic Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and support their advisor teams in achieving their targets. You’ll manage team productivity, maintain key relationships, and provide both technical and sales support to ensure smooth operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive team performance and exceed targets.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and key partners.
  • Lead training, coaching, and development initiatives.
  • Provide technical and sales support on cases.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
  • Report progress and present at senior meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Financial Services Management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven mortgage experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and sales processes.
  • KPI-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Must be CeMAP qualified.
