The RoleAs a Sales Executive in the New Business team, you will play a key role in driving their success. You will be responsible for liaising with prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored insurance quotations. Using their well-known software system, you'll ensure each client receives the best coverage at the right price.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with prospective customers to understand their insurance requirements.
- Approach insurers to provide appropriate insurance quotations.
- Ensure clients receive the correct policy cover and the best possible price to secure their business.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Candidate RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry.
- A background in sales or customer service.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage your workload efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Acturis (preferred but not essential).
