Job Title: Administrator (With Occasional Window Cleaning Duties)

Location: Remote/Gloucester GL3

Pay Rate: £12.00h

Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5

Contract: Temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities available after 12 weeks.

Job Overview:

As an Administrator, your primary role will be to manage day to day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations of the business. However, you will also be expected to assist with window cleaning as needed to cover holdays. 

Main Duties:

  • Managing emails, phone calls, and client inquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating bookings.
  • Handling invoicing, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Supporting the team with general office tasks.

Window Cleaning Duties (Occasional):

  • Stepping in to assist with window cleaning tasks during staff sickness or holidays.
  • Ensuring safety standards are followed at all times while performing cleaning tasks.
  • Providing high quality service to clients and the windows are left spotless.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration.
  • Willingness to assist with physical tasks, including window cleaning, when required.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A positive, team oriented attitude.
  • Available at short notice to provide window cleaning cover
  • Driving license essential.
  • Experience in window cleaning is not required, full training will be provided.
  • Remote work until the office is prepared.
