Role: Branch Manager

We're recruiting for an enthusiastic and sales driven Branch Manager, on behalf of our Electrical Wholesale client in Gloucester.

You must have the drive, strategy and vision to develop the branch to its full potential.

The Role
Maximise branch profitability.
Lead motivate, train and coach the branch team, so they operate as a high performing team.
Grow sales and develop the customer account base.
Analysing trends and opportunities in the marketplace, monitoring competitors activities and taking appropriate action.
Build relationships with key suppliers locally to maximise deals.
Ensure that the stock levels at the branch are maintained within the agreed company targets, whilst ensuring adequate credibility stock is available.
Oversee and manage within agreed budgets and targets, all aspects of the day to day financial aspects
running of the branch, including stock control, debtors and all branch operational costs including employment.

The Person
Electrical Wholesale experience.
Sales & Management experience.
Driving License.
Confident working with key performance indicators with a strong track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targets.
