Key Responsibilities:

 This role is dedicated to empowering individuals in the labour market through innovative programmes. We are seeking a passionate and strategic Delivery Manager to lead the Connect to Work programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee the Connect to Work programme, ensuring efficient use of funding and resources.
  • Build Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with external partners like Jobcentre Plus, NHS Trusts, and training providers.
  • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee the programme meets all delivery and fidelity model requirements.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Employment and Skills Hub to support disadvantaged individuals.
  • Strategic Insight: Provide strategic and operational support to senior leadership.
  • Advise and Guide: Counsel programme managers and elected members on strategic development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies to anticipate and respond to local employment needs.
  • Performance Management: Develop and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
  • Engage Employers: Understand and address emerging skills and workforce requirements.
  • Service Enhancement: Continuously improve services based on customer and market insights.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to enhance the programme.
  • Network: Maintain links with regional and national colleagues.
  • Deputise: Represent the programme in internal and external meetings as needed.

Special Conditions:

  • Valid UK driving licence required.
  • Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends.
