As a Facilities Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of all facilities/estates requirements
  • Manage the company vehicle fleet
  • Manage a team of maintenance professionals operating across 31 sites
  • Sign off all workstreams ensure adequate quality control measures
  • Compliance management - reviewing internal and external reports
  • Lead on the CAFM system management

To be successful as a Facilities Manager, you will:

  • Have experience in leading a successful team
  • Be able to build and motivate internal and external teams ensuring delivery of goals
  • Be a confident negotiator, ensuring financial planning and budget management
  • Confidently manage conflicting estates demands
  • Holding recognised facilities and health and safety qualifications would be advantageous

In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position, based in Gloucester.
