Main Purpose
We are seeking an on-site manager to assist with the management of the day-to-day activities and service delivery of managed services.


Key Accountabilities
  • To support the Operations Director & the Regional Service Delivery Manager in the effective delivery of the company`s managed services and day to day service management.
  • To proactively manage the supply chain & sub-contracts.
  • To be the key point of contact to all Trust staff.
  • To represent and promote the company`s managed service's efficiency and the corporate values to the customer site.
  • To ensure that all stock is distributed and shelved in a timely manner from delivery when required.
  • To liaise and communicate effectively with customer staff at all levels and to be the first line of communication for the resolution of queries raised.
  • To provide support to all day surgery units, theatres (pre-& post op) with administration and purchasing.

  • To conduct and support supplier negotiations and meetings.
  • To provide data analysis to the Regional Service Delivery Manager and Operations Director as requested.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge and experience in preparing and manipulating data within spreadsheets
  • Site/Line Management experience.
  • Good knowledge of networking and IT, including MS Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational ability
  • Ability to drive is desirable, with full, clean UK driving license.
