Work with their clients on design-build, predesigned mechanical contracts including heating, and air conditioning.  We are currently recruiting for a part-time Service Administrator, to work two days per week initially with the potential of increasing to three days per week as the role evoles. This role plays a critical part in running a successful Service Department. You will work closely with the Service Manager, Service Engineers, and our customers. On a day-to-day basis, you will schedule work for the Engineers, both planned maintenance & emergency call-outs. In addition, you will be responsible for the back office administration e.g. creating invoices & liasing with the accounts department, obtaining quotes from Engineers for quoted works & keeping Job Logic up to date with all jobs. The successful candidate must have :
