Our client based in Gloucester is looking for a few HGV Class 2 Roll on Roll off Drivers (Hooklift) for their operations. Work will involve 37 basic hours per week split into 4 on 4 off shift pattern collecting household waste from all 5 household recycling centers in Gloucestershire.
This opportunity is a temp to perm vacancy for the right candidate. After successfully completing a 12 week period the annual salary is due to rise from 28,587.87 to 29,490.87 (based on standard hours without overtime pay included).
We are looking for someone with previous hooklift experience due to limited traning opportunities. A minimum of 2 years HGV Class 2 category is needed for this vacancy.
Our ideal driver:
- Will have full UK Licence with no more than 6 points (depending on the code)
- Will have valid Tacho and CPC card
- Will have at least 2 years of holding Cat. C and previous Roll on Roll off experience
- Will have a positive attitude, good driving skills and knowledge of driving laws
