Looking for your next culinary adventure? Look no further! Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our clients team in South Gloucestershire, working within a country house venue.

As an experienced Chef de Partie, you will have a passion for food and a keen eye for detail. You will be a proactive and positive individual, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Diligence and organisation are key in this role, as well as good communication skills to work effectively with the team.

To be considered you must have experience of working in a hotel and events settings, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skills to the kitchen. You will be confident in your ability to handle various tasks and responsibilities, adapting easily to changing priorities and demands.

Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP guidelines are essential, as maintaining food safety and hygiene standards is a top priority. The team takes pride in delivering the highest quality of food to the guests, and they need someone who shares that same dedication and attention to detail.

This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week on a rota basis (working 5 out of 7 days). The rota includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, so flexibility is a must.

As a Chef de Partie, your main responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking food to the highest standard in a timely manner- Ensuring that all menu items are consistently presented and adhering to high-quality standards- Assisting the head chef with menu development and maintaining stock levels- Managing the kitchen and ensuring a clean and safe working environment- Training and supervising junior staff members, fostering a positive and supportive team dynamic
