Business Development Manager

Hybrid (Remote with occasional visits to Gloucester)

About Us:My client is a leading international provider of advanced telecommunications solutions for mission-critical networks. They deliver innovative technology, digital transformation programs, and network infrastructure solutions to optimise and future-proof businesses.

The Role:We seek a motivated Business Development Manager to join a dynamic Sales Team. You’ll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and delivering tailored telecommunications solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Present and sell solutions to telecom network operators and other sectors (broadband, utilities, defence).
  • Attend industry events, network, and stay updated on trends.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and manage tenders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in Telecoms.
  • Strategic, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Solid IT skills, including MS Office; familiarity with statistical tools is a plus.
