My client are an FMCG business established for over 50 years, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager to join their team based in Gloucester
This will be an office based role
The Role
- Manage a team of sales support professionals
- Support the internal sales & customer service for the UK & Internationally
- Inbound customer and consumer enquiries and questions
- Arrange staff cover
- Manage QMS and NCR's
- Sales related logistics support
- Implement improvements for all customer facing interactions
The Candidate
- Previous experience in either internal sales or customer service management
- Experience supporting a team of sales support colleagues
- FMCG experience is highly desirable but is not essential
The Finer details
Monday - Thursday - 8.30am - 5pm
Friday - 8.30am - 12.30pm
Highly competitive base salary + bonus + benefits
