My client are looking for sales advisors to join their growing team! In this role, you’ll contact prospective clients from websites and partner networks, qualify their needs, and prepare them for a discussion with the Sales Executives. Your work will play a key part in connecting businesses with the right insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speak with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Build positive relationships during every interaction.
  • Keep accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Work with Advisors to hand over leads smoothly, with all necessary details.
  • Hit lead qualification goals for quality and quantity.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and partner referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and secure client data.

About you:

  • Sales/Customer Service Background: Experience in sales or customer service, especially with outbound calls or lead qualification.
  • Great Communicator: Clear, confident, and professional.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage and log client information accurately.
  • Driven to Succeed: Motivated to meet targets and perform under pressure.
  • Team Player: Collaborates well with others to ensure client satisfaction
