Up to £40k basic and £50k-£60k OTE. My client, a leading estate agent in Gloucester requires a Sales Manager to help drive market share, maximise revenue and grow the property register whilst leading your own team to attain and surpass their targets. My client is looking for an experienced estate agent with a demonstrable history of delivering exceptional service and leading teams to success. Responsibilities for this Sales Manager role will include:

Create the largest active market share in the area
Develop exceptional business relationships with clients and internal departments
Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
Manage performance of the staff conducting through 1:1's, performance reviews and morning meetings
Influence positive results and lead your team with effective planning and actions
