Location: South of the UK
Salary: 50,000+ (dependent on experience) + 15% Bonus + Life Insurance, Pension, Holidays, Company Car,
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and manage a portfolio of existing business worth millions within the automotive sector. This exciting role involves selling electrical lighting solutions into automotive applications, covering the South of the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients within the automotive sector.
- Drive sales across the South of the UK by promoting electrical lighting solutions.
- Manage multi-million-pound accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent revenue generation.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably selling lighting products OR a strong background in sales into the automotive sector.
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-value accounts.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales at all levels of the business.
- Self-motivated, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the South of the UK.
