Abatec is recruiting for a freelance Site Engineer in Gloucester for a long-term, Civil Engineering project.
Our client, a highly regarded Civil Engineering contractor has built its reputation on delivering large-scale groundworks projects and requires a Site Engineer with experience in a similar position.
As a Site Engineer you will:
- Have experience in Civil Engineering, groundworks, and earthworks projects
- Be the main source of technical advice and quality control.
- Provide levelling and surveying across the site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.
- Comply with Site-specific health and safety protocols to ensure any health and safety concerns are identified and reported as necessary
Our client requires a Site Engineer with:
- Valid CSCS and experience of robotic total stations.
- A good understating of construction health & safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Understanding of AutoCAD
Salary and benefits include:
- 300 - 350 per day (CIS/Umbrella)
