Russell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessment Trainer & Assessor to join a National company providing Training nationally with both classroom (based at HQ), various locations across the UK and online training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry with secure knowledge & experience.
The Role:
Prepare and conduct training courses across both Classrooms and Teams.
Assess and Mark assessment activities whilst providing SMART objectives and methods of improvement. Acting as the tutor for group of learners providing guidance throughout the learning journey.
Assist with the communication of new / updated training information whilst contributing to the mentoring of other trainers.
Complete all preparation and admin activities as laid out in the company handbook and policies.
Liaise with Clients directly to deliver Service Level Agreements whilst ensuring all content is delivered as requested.
Design, deliver and maintain CPD / qualification courses as required- Taking ownership for your own professional growth.
Support internal quality assurance methods.
The Person:
Extensive experience in the Fire Safety industry or Fire & Rescue Services
Previous experience in conducting fire risk assessments in a wide range of premises.
Prior Teaching / Training experience.
Good communication ability to identify the needs of clients and to deliver complex information to learners of all levels.
Good knowledge & experience in workplace fire safety.
PTLLS or Equivalent Qualification / Experience.
Fire Risk Assessment qualification.
Must be willing to regularly travel.
