We are looking for Basic Skilled Highways Operatives to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. These positions are available at various depots across the Gloucestershire region, with opportunities for both entry-level and experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general highways maintenance and roadworks, including repairs and resurfacing.
- Operate relevant equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Support the team to ensure projects are completed to required standards and within deadlines.
Key Requirements:
- Full valid driving licence (essential).
- No previous experience required – training will be provided, including LGV driver training.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
