Hooray are proud to be supporting an established energy advice service in Gloucester, in the recruitment for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a full-time, on going temporary basis to go permanent after 3 months.
We are looking for people to start on the 6th of January.
Our client is offering:
- £12.00ph + bonus
- Attractive bonus scheme
- Temp to Perm
- Monday-Friday (9:00-17:30)
- Full training given (no previous experience needed)
- Relaxed dress code
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls in relation to customer enquiries
- Selling a variety of competitive energy plans to customers
- Ad-hoc administration
- Communicate in a professional and friendly way to customers and your colleagues
Qualifications:
- No previous experience or qualifications needed, just an energetic and fun personality!
In return, we are offering an hourly rate of £12.00ph with the potential to earn some attractive bonuses! Please note, this is a full-time, temporary, position (37.5 hours a week).
