Business Development Executive opportunity available with our client, a Gloucester-based leading manufacturer within the HVAC industry, who are offering a salary of up to £30k with a number of benefits including 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and a good company pension.

Due to the consistent expansion of the company's product range and service offering, our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to work in their sales department, carrying out the following duties:

  • Cold-calling new leads to introduce the companies new and existing product range
  • Contacting previous customers to re-introduce the company's products and services
  • Speaking with M&E contractors including plumbing/heating companies and main construction contractors
  • Building a sales pipeline, generating your own leads, and handling key accounts

Business Development Executive Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales-focused environment, ideally in a telesales capacity
  • Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets, with any previous experience working towards targets desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and literary
  • Based within a commutable distance of Gloucester, and happy to work full-time from the office

Business Development Executive Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
  • Monday - Friday, 07:45 - 16:45
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
  • Company pension
  • On-site parking
