- Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven commercial awareness and business acumen
- Proven commercial management experience in relevant sectors
- Experience in bid management and pricing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong understanding of government and commercial frameworks (desirable)
