Purpose of role:You will be joining a well established team who  support and encourage each other to grown within their roles and make a difference within the business. 

Supporting the team to meet and exceed client needs is of utmost importance.

In doing so you will achieve renewal retention and growth rates, while working closely with Regional Account Managers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee a commercial client portfolio to effectively address and meet their insurance requirements.
  • Manage policy renewals with precision and timeliness.
  • Execute mid-term adjustments (MTAs) and policy endorsements as necessary.
  • Recognize and capitalize on new business prospects, offering recommendations with sound judgment.
  • Responsively and professionally address client inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate internally for seamless service delivery. Foster strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to client retention strategies' development and implementation.
  • Aid Account Executives and team members as required.

Experience: 

  • Prior experience in a comparable position, particularly in the insurance sector, is preferable. Possesses robust organizational and time management abilities, demonstrating effective task prioritization.
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional phone demeanour.
  • Self-motivated and determined, displaying a keen aspiration for success.
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic about acquiring knowledge and advancing within the organization. Displays a high standard of professionalism and ethical behaviour.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
