Internal Sales Representative - Filton

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join a growing team based in Filton. This is a varied role with plenty of scope to make it your own. You'll build and develop relationships with customers, provide exceptional service, and identify sales opportunities to support business growth.

The Role

As part of the internal sales team, you will:

  • Generate and follow up on customer quotations
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage back orders, ensuring timely and complete deliveries
  • Support the operational team with supply chain consolidation
  • Assist the stores team during annual leave cover

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment (but full training will be provided)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
