Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE) + Commission

The role of a sales consultant:
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and preferences.
  • Create connections by building positive relationships through every interaction.
  • Stay organized, maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with advisors to ensure smooth lead handovers, complete with all essential details.
  • Achieve excellence, hitting lead qualification goals in both quality and quantity.
  • Act quickly, responding to inbound leads and partner referrals without delay.
  • Safeguard data, ensuring client information is handled accurately and securely.
