Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for a Sales Support Coordinator, based in their head office in Gloucester.

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial team and enhancing the efficiency of my clients sales processes. You will be responsible for facilitating sales activities and aid in the progression of sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing leads, tracking sales activities, and ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities, providing initial qualification where necessary
  • Recording requests and processing purchase orders (POs) when received through the relevant internal process for that order.
  • Working with the Head of Inventory to appropriately allocate assets/stock to orders, processing orders to suppliers to replenish stock where required.
  • Producing quotations for new & repeat business for sales, service, rental & repair, working in conjunction with sales representatives where required.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction and support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good time management skills Monitoring and ongoing development of outcomes
  • Ability to manage own workload and work on own initiative
  • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and meet the demands of working in a fast paced environment
