Job Purpose:

  • Manage online chat support for customer inquiries via the company’s website.
  • Stay informed about the quoting system and assist in sales administration tasks.
  • Participate in meetings to provide updates and represent the sales team effectively.
  • Address order deadlines and ensure timely processing of client requests.
  • Support sustainability initiatives in daily operations.
  • Be prepared for occasional weekend work to meet business needs.
