  • The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime available, and candidates should ideally have at least some experience in a factory or warehouse setting.

Our client who is a leading manufacturer of Windows and Doors have an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join their small and friendly team based near Barnwood, Gloucester on a permanent basis.

The company is looking for a hard-working and committed individual. You will ideally have previous experience of working within a factory / warehouse however, they would be happy to provide training for somebody with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

-Programming of CNC to accommodate preparation of new profiles & updates to current profile range.

-Complete safety & routine Preventative Maintenance documentation.

-Troubleshooting and solving issues that arise during the production processes.

-Inspection of completed machined products ensuring they meet quality standards.

-Alert Production Supervisor of any shortfalls or failures.

-Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.

-Regularly check the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow.

-Adhere to site and company health and safety regulations and reporting any indiscretions to senior or line management.

-Adhere to operational procedures and production timelines.

-Keeping work areas, machinery and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous material.

Candidate Attributes:

-Previous CNC Experience required.

-Pro-active with a can-do attitude.

-Good organisational skills.

-Ability to understand technical drawings.

-Strong Attention to detail.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm + overtime available
