Job Opportunity: Experienced CNC Turner/ Morning Shift
Working Hours: 7: 00 AM to 4:30 PM
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. If you have a strong background in CNC operations and are familiar with Haas milling machines, this could be the perfect role for you.
Compulsory Skills:
- Experience with Haas milling machines.
- Proficient in reading and understanding G codes and M codes.
- Strong knowledge of feeds and speeds.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks.
Key Duties:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines to fabricate parts per technical specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Assemble and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Effectively utilise hand tools and tooling for precise manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot machine issues using mechanical knowledge.
- Manage materials within the warehouse and ensure proper storage.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machinery operations and programming.
