  • Nights: Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Friday 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced CNC Setter Operator with expertise in HAAS CNC turning machines?

My client is looking for a skilled CNC Setter Operator to produce high-quality components for a range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for precision engineering and a strong background in operating and setting HAAS CNC turning machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating HAAS CNC turning machines to manufacture components to precise specifications.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accuracy in machining.
  • Conducting quality checks using tools like micrometres, calipers, and gauges.
  • Adjusting tooling and machine settings as required for optimal production.
  • Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure peak performance.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Setter Operator, ideally with HAAS CNC turning machinery.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code knowledge is a bonus).
  • Skilled in quality control and precision measurements.
  • Able to collaborate effectively to meet production targets.
  • Confident in troubleshooting and problem-solving on the job.
