Your Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative/CNC Setter, your key duties will include:

  • Operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts at scale
  • Conducting quality checks using advanced measuring tools
  • Following health and safety procedures diligently
  • Collaborating with your team to innovate and improve processes
  • Participating in training to enhance your own and your team's expertise

What You Bring:

We are looking for candidates with the following:

Essential:

  • Knowledge of machine tools and metric dimensions
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent near vision
  • Ability to work with precise measurements within +/- 5 microns
  • A team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in machining or a similar role (advantageous, but full training is provided)
