They work for a number of interesting clients as well as acting as a principal contractor themselves. With a lot of their projects being Civil and groundworks they work within a variety of sectors. As of late they have an increase in workload and that is why they are looking to add to their dynamic workload with this exciting opportunity.In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, which will include supervising and managing a team of groundworkers and machine workers. You will be responsible for delegating work to the team and ensuring work is being completed with high standards and within deadlines. As well as that you will be ensuring all health and safety standards on site are also being met. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be liaising with the in-house teams to ensure effective communication and to help solve any problems as they arise.Therefore, the ideal candidate will either be a Site Supervisor or someone looking to take the step up who has strong groundworks experience to be able to hit the ground running, as well as having a CSCS and SSSTS and a full UK drivers license to be able to travel and get on the sites.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Supervisor or someone looking to take the step up, where you will be exposed to a variety of interesting Civil and Groundworks projects, all whilst having ample opportunity to develop yourself and progress your career in a established company.The Role:
