Team Leader

Halcyon are working exclusivelywith a family owned care provider, based in Gloucester, who are looking for the next rising star to join their team in Gloucester. The organisation specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs,offering high standards of support through both residential and supported living settings.

This is a new Team Leader role that has become available due to the recent expansion of the organisation, having recently opened a new supported living service with the intention to open another in the coming months. You will be working across different services around Gloucester, so will be expected to be dynamic and confident in your care knowledge and leading abilities.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) and have worked in a supported living setting previously at a senior support worker level or above. The team are looking for an ambitious care professional to come in and hit the ground running, working closely with staff and the management team.

In return for your commitment to this role, you will be offered an annual salary of between 28,000 and 34,000 depending on your experience. You will be given a full induction and training scheduleby the management team, giving you the tools you need to make this role a success.
