Your Role:As our Engineering Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with various teams, from engineering to production, to ensure that our innovative solutions meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage engineering projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • utilise your knowledge of 3D printing processes and CNC machine processes to drive project success
  • Identify and resolve project issues by getting to the root of the problem
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders

What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Problem Solving: You have a natural ability to tackle challenges head-on and find effective solutions.
  • Project Management Experience: Ideally, you have experience in project management within the manufacturing and/or engineering sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with 3D printing processes and a commercial awareness of the plastics industry is a big plus!
  • CNC Machine Processes: A solid understanding of CNC machine processes will help you excel in this role.
  • Communication Skills: Your written and verbal communication is clear and concise, and you have excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
