Job Title: Fabrications Manager
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £20 - £21 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fabrications Manager to join our team in Gloucester. In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day production of pressings and panels
  • Oversee and control welding processes, including laser, TIG, and MIG welding
  • Support the management and control of goods in and out of the facility
  • Drive operational efficiencies across the production process
  • Ensure quality control standards are consistently met
  • Assist with the processing and documentation of paperwork
  • Help manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvements within production operations
  • Support the maintenance and servicing of machinery to ensure optimal performance

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques (Laser, TIG, MIG)
  • Experience in production management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
  • Familiarity with stock management and process improvements
