We are seeking a motivated Infrastructure and Adoption Manager to oversee the estate completion process for various housing projects across South West England. This is a key role, where you will manage the adoption of infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local authority requirements and overseeing contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire process of estate completion, including infrastructure adoption under s38/s104 agreements and handover of open spaces.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with local authorities, ensuring compliance with their standards and requirements.
  • Supervise contractors, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Manage highways adoption, with a focus on s38 agreements.
  • Depending on your background, you may focus on more direct contractor management or other areas of the estate completion process.

Qualifications & Experience:
