Painter & Decorator

Multi Skilled Painter & Decorator required to work with leading Housing Association maintenance division covering Gloucester.

My client requires an experienced, professional and hard-working multi trade painter & decorator to carry out painting maintenance, repaint repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Gloucester & wider region.

Work will include reactive & planned painting repairs on tenanted & void empty properties.

This is a permanent position with a salary of 31,808 + Van and Fuel Card.

Requirements:

Minimum NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in Painting & Decorator (Timeserved experience can be accepted)

Experience of working as a painter & decorator in the building trade either.

You must be used to carrying out reactive repairs and painting repairs in a social housing setting.

Experience of working for a Social Housing, housing association or council

Associated trade skills of basic carpentry, plaster patching and wall tiling would also be desirable

Full driving License

As you will be working within Customer's homes this role requires a DBS check.
