The are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Facilitator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and managing maintenance strategies that ensure our manufacturing equipment operates at peak efficiency. Job Description
  • Plan & schedule preventative maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure efficient execution of tasks
  • Liase with business stakeholders
  • Analyse equipment performance and recommend improvements
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators for site wide maintenance
  • Assist with the budgeting process for the department
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers
  • Manage and oversee all activities related to engineering stores operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with engineering team to determine material needs and forecast demand
The successful candidate should have:
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance workflows
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning or scheduling
  • Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices
  • Excellent organisation, communication, & interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
