We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded Financial Services organisation to recruit an additional Corporate Administrator. Our client is a leading firm in the industry, offering comprehensive services across corporate financial planning, employee benefits, and mortgages.

With multiple offices across the UK, their primary presence is in the South West of England. The company has experienced impressive growth over the past five years and is set for further expansion.

The Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and professional Corporate Administrator to join their corporate team. This position will play a vital role in supporting a team of corporate financial planners and consultants, ensuring seamless service delivery to their growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, product providers, and consultants
  • Managing client data, processing new business, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
  • Supporting corporate financial planners with scheme implementation and renewals
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience
  • Ensuring service standards are met while looking for ways to improve processes

About You:

  • Previous experience in corporate administration, financial services administration, or a similar role (experience in pensions or employee benefits is desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
