Due to exciting growth, a leading, national business are looking for an Organizational Development to improve their workforce development. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a variety of projects. This would suit a HR or L&D professional with experience in organisational change and planning.
The Role:
- Identify opportunities for organisational improvement through analysis and evaluation
- Implement an effective one-to-one process across the business
- Work with managers to ensure up-to-date job descriptions for all roles
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps
- Manage L&D programmes, including in-person training delivery
- Support the Senior Management Team in reviewing and optimising departmental structures
- Provide specialist advice on managing organisational change
The Person:
- Experience either within human resources, learning and development or organisational development and change
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
- Experience and passion for learning & development (ideally in blue-collar sectors)
- Strong planning and project management abilities
- Understanding of change management methodologies
- Proven training/Coaching/mentoring experience
- Ability to engage and build trust quickly across teams
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in responding to evolving priorities
- Experience in developing online learning content (desirable)
- Driving licence
