Are you looking to join a thriving national business and help them improve their workforce development?

Due to exciting growth, a leading, national business are looking for an Organizational Development to improve their workforce development. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a variety of projects. This would suit a HR or L&D professional with experience in organisational change and planning.

The Role:

  • Identify opportunities for organisational improvement through analysis and evaluation
  • Implement an effective one-to-one process across the business
  • Work with managers to ensure up-to-date job descriptions for all roles
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps
  • Manage L&D programmes, including in-person training delivery
  • Support the Senior Management Team in reviewing and optimising departmental structures
  • Provide specialist advice on managing organisational change

The Person:

  • Experience either within human resources, learning and development or organisational development and change
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Experience and passion for learning & development (ideally in blue-collar sectors)
  • Strong planning and project management abilities
  • Understanding of change management methodologies
  • Proven training/Coaching/mentoring experience
  • Ability to engage and build trust quickly across teams
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in responding to evolving priorities
  • Experience in developing online learning content (desirable)
  • Driving licence
