As the top business within their regional category for Mortgage Advice Bureau for the past two years running, my client is excited to expand their team and are seeking a Mortgage Advisor to become part of the success. Join our award-winning client with 10 offices across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. This role is full-time and based in their Gloucester office.Job Overview:Branch-based, to provide clients with suitable recommendations from the whole of the Broker market for Mortgages and a panel of providers for associated protection policies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting face-to-face or telephone appointments with clients Understanding the client's needs and giving advice and recommendations
  • Arranging mortgages and protection policies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Responding quickly and effectively to all communication from clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally

Competencies:

  • Full CeMap qualification or equivalent CF1 & CF6
  • Minimum 12 months experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Driven to achieve results
