Credit Controller

Location: Quedgeley

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary Range: £25000 to £28000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Full Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our client's team based in Quedgeley. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's credit control function and assisting with high volume debt recovery.

Responsibilities:

· Contact clients to investigate late payments and arrange payment plans.

· Process customer payments and allocate funds to their respective accounts.

· Maintain accurate records of payment transactions.

· Collaborate with the accounts admin team to ensure accurate order processing.

· Provide excellent customer service, resolving payment-related queries and issues.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in credit control, debt recovery, and accounts administration.

· Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients regarding payment matters.

· Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.

· Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.

· Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
