Robertson Bell are excited to partner with a highly regarded education provider to recruit a Credit Controller position on a permanent basis. In this role you will be leading in a variety of duties within credit control and accounts receivable, whilst also paying a pivotal role in maintaining relationships with students.

In this Credit Controller position, you will:

  • Use tact and empathy to chase debt from students and parents of the students that are attached to the institution.
  • Have an all encompassing stance within customer facing duties, making sure to utilise excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarise yourself with the relevant financial regulations to make sure that protocol is followed.

Based in Gloucestershire, the successful candidate will enjoy a great hybrid working pattern, in addition to a friendly and welcoming working culture, aiding any candidate in achieving a brilliant work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong credit control experience, being well adept at chasing debt from numerous different sources.
  • Excellent communication skills that will aid in liaising with external stakeholders.
  • A great attitude to getting their work done, having a ‘self-starter’ kind of mentality.
