Operating in a busy inbound call centre, you will play a pivotal role in driving productivity and ensuring the very highest levels of customer service.   • Demonstrate excellent email/ticket management and response skills.
  • Uphold exceptional customer care standards.
  • Contribute to achieving team KPIs through diligent work ethic.
  • Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed.
  • Working to targets to ensure, personal and team KPIs met.
