- Handle client communications, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Accurately log client interactions and service requests using in-house IT systems.
- Coordinate solutions, adhering to SLAs and optimising efficiency.
- Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent email/ticket management and response skills.
- Uphold exceptional customer care standards.
- Contribute to achieving team KPIs through diligent work ethic.
- Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed.
- Working to targets to ensure, personal and team KPIs met.
